Hand crafted in Cornwall using fresh natural ingredients and traditional copper pans, this fudge is crumbly and fragrant and melt-in-the-mouth. Packed full of raisins and zesty fruit peel, it has all the qualities of a Hot Cross Bun, in fudge format.
Sweet and more-ish and certainly not just for Easter!
Ingredients: sugar, sweetened condensed milk (whole milk,sugar), salted butter (milk, salt , golden syrup, glucose syrup, raisins (3%), mixed peel (2%) (orange peel, lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), cinnamon powder, salt.
Allergens may contain peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, soya, sulphites, egg.
