If you are not happy with your item and would like to return it for a refund, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed, please send us an email and we will do all we can to help.
Our return address is Not Another Bunch Of Flowers, Unit 6, Hooklands Farm, Lewes Road, Scaynes Hill, West Sussex, RH17 7NG. Please ensure you get proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for the goods once until we have received them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable goods such as food, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Please do not send your purchase back to the supplier.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take a few working days to show up in your account – this is down to your card provider and is unfortunately out of our control once the refund has been issued. If you still have not received your refund after 5 working days, please contact us at hello@notanotherbunchofflower.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If you would like to exchange an item (eg. for a different size or design), please send us an email at hello@notanotherbunchofflowers.com and send your item to: {physical address}.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
Any credit card refunds will need to be refunded to the original payment method.
