Another delish relish from the clever folk at Tracklements!

Inspired by a relish they discovered in France, this little beauty is made by soaking plump figs in spiced vinegar before gently cooking them with rich, dark sugar. Tangy and sweet, we recommend pairing this with soft cheeses – yum!
