We will do our very best to send mugs out in a timely manner, but as they are produced individually and deserve a little time and attention spent on them to make sure they look lovely, this isn’t always possible, but we will notify you if there are any delays. Next Day UK Tracked 24 Delivery (97% success rate of Next Day delivery for orders placed before 14.00 Mon-Fri) - £9.95
Saturday UK Delivery (97% success rate of Saturday delivery for orders placed before 14.00 on Fridays) - £12.95

The vast majority of orders booked for Next Day and Saturday delivery are delivered on time. However, there are occasionally delays due to things such as weather, staff sickness, traffic, issues with vehicles etc and none of the couriers or Royal Mail will 100% guarantee next day delivery, so we just want to bring this to your attention to avoid any disappointment.

We are currently having to pause shipping to Northern Ireland and the EU while we become compliant with the new GPSR regulations that take effect from 13 December. We do apologise and will do all we can to ship to you as soon as possible in the New Year.
