So sorry to add to the influx of Coronavirus updates, but we wanted to update you on how we can help you at this time and how we are handling the situation.
Each day, the Coronavirus is bringing more challenges to all of us, with unwelcome disruption and uncertainty. As things are changing on a daily basis, we’d like to reassure you about ordering from us at this time and promise to keep updating you as and when necessary.
We are currently very much open for business as usual and will be operating normally for the foreseeable, to support our staff, our suppliers and make sure that you can send love, best wishes and messages of hope to anyone you can’t visit at the moment. This is an incredibly worrying time, particularly for anyone who is unwell or alone – and we’d like to think that we can help you bring a little sunshine to their lives.
We’re dedicated to continuing to offer the best service and will always be at hand to answer any questions by email or live chat.
We’d like to assure you that we’re used to sending gifts to people with compromised immune systems due to cancer treatment and other illnesses and that we take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously. We store, make and package your orders in our office in Sussex, a single location which allows us to have total control of cleanliness. Our team is fit and healthy and, at present, we are working with no disruption and keeping in touch with couriers and Royal Mail to ensure that packages can be delivered on time. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus.
We are actively monitoring this rapidly evolving situation and will update you as and when needed. We take the health and safety of our staff, gift recipients and customers very seriously. We hope that you and your loved ones remain well.
Thank you so much for your ongoing support.
Anikka x
