Bereavement Gifts

It can be incredibly hard to pick the right gift for someone who is grieving. Flowers are often people's first thought, but I know when I encountered loss, I didn't want a house full of flowers that would all end up in the bin and act as a reminder of how fragile life is. Pampering treats helped encourage some much needed relaxation and snacks were appreciated to keep my strength up, when appetite was diminished.
