When you buy a product on our website in order to process it, we do need to collect some of your details. We also need a contact email address to send you an order confirmation and to alert you when the item has been dispatched and keep you updated with tracking information. We also like to take a contact number so we can get in touch if there is an issue with your order, but this is not obligatory. You can be assured that we hold this information securely and we will not allow third parties to access these details.

If your order is on behalf of a company, charity or group of people, we will ask for a spreadsheet of addresses. This is uploaded into the Royal Mail or DPD system. Both Royal Mail and DPD are fully GDPR compliant and will not use the information for marketing purposes nor share them with any third party. Please refer to their privacy policy for details. We will then permanently delete the spreadsheet. No addresses will be uploaded to our booking system, kept on file or used for marketing purposes.

We use a third party provider, MailChimp to deliver these emails. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.
