International shipping has been complicated by challenges caused by the pandemic and Brexit with shipping between countries becoming very slow and expensive. Brexit caused major export issues in 2021 but the rules have got stricter since 01 January 2022. We really do apologise, it is extremely frustrating for us too, and we will do all we can to reinstate all International shipping options as soon as we can. At the moment we are able to ship to the US and Ireland.
Please note that there are certain products we are unable to ship Internationally following Brexit. These include all beverages, hand sanitisers, essential oils and nail varnish. Some countries may have other items that they do not permit through customs and we will notify you if this is the case and suggest alternative products.
