My First Get Well Gift Pack Recipient

One of my lovely friends who was having treatment in Brighton at the same time as me has very sadly been diagnosed with secondary cancer in her brain, liver and bones. Cancer is such a cruel and nasty disease, but she is remaining so positive and strong. She is amazing.

Today I accompanied her to the hospital for her first round of chemotherapy for the mets in her liver. I took her a get well package of get well goodies which she said she loved. 

I hope she enjoys them and that the rest of the treatment is successful and goes well with minimal side effects.
