Buying A Gift
If you are buying a gift it can either be sent to you to gift in person or directly to the recipient themselves.
Gifting In Person
- We can wrap the gift or gifts and send them to you along with a free blank tag or card (if purchased).
Sending To The Recipient
- We can wrap the gift or gifts and send them directly to the recipient. You will be prompted to write a message at checkout. This message will be handwritten onto a tag or in a card if you have purchased one.
NO INVOICES OR PRICE TAGS ARE SENT WITH THE GIFTS.
Building A Gift Box
As well as individual gifts, we also offer ready-made and build-your-own gift boxes. The ready-made boxes are ready to go, but you can add extra items, if you would like to. Feel free to pick anything you like on the site.
We have selected the most appropriate gifts for the build-your-own gift boxes, but you are welcome to add additional items on the site, if you wish. They will be listed as separate items in your basket, but we will include them in the gift box.

- Choose your occasion (anything from Get Well Soon to New Baby).
- Select your gift box design (this is a required step).
- Fill with your choice of gifts.
- Add a card (if you wish).
- Add your gift box to checkout, but please ensure you make any changes BEFORE adding to your cart, as once it's added you wont be able to edit the contents.
We have 3 different gift box sizes and will use the most appropriate size for your gift choices.

Buying Cards
If you are buying a card or cards they can either be sent to you or directly to the recipient themselves.
Sending To You
- We will leave the card or cards blank and send them directly to you, in their cellophane wrapper, just as you would buy in a card shop.
Sending To The Recipient
- You will be prompted to write a message at checkout. We will handwrite this message into the card and send it directly to the recipient.
NO INVOICES OR PRICE TAGS ARE SENT WITH THE CARDS.
Shipping
Please select your preferred shipping at checkout taking note of the estimated delivery time.
PLEASE NOTE that we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have reached a hospital or clinic. They will be delivered to the reception or mailroom and while they don't usually take long to reach the patient, it can take a day or so. If time is of the essence, please arrange delivery to a friend or relative who will be visiting and can guarantee a speedier and more secure delivery.
